Sonny's Kitchen

The kitchen is a full commercial kitchen adjacent to a dockside workshop and a covered work area. It is a waterfront, cozy, indoor AC Caf�. There is seating with an additional outdoor patio and private dockside seating. (Please note that the cafe's indoor seating area is connected to rear of Dutchman�s Cottage and may be converted into an additional bedroom of the Dutchman's cottage if desired for residential usage only). The Cafe Kitchen is connected to the Workshop/Storage building. This two room storage workshop may also be converted for use as an additional residential space as the full horizon water view is spectacular.
