The Dutchman
The Dutchman is a stand-alone museum quality historic renovation of a fisherman's cottage which was built by a dutch fisherman in the 1920's. It boasts two 65 foot deep water docks. All systems and materials are completly modern but the ambiance still retains the charm of the local vernacular cottage architecture. It can be a two bedroom residence or the rear bedroom can be used as a dining room in conjunction with the on-site licenced commercial kitchen. The front room can and has been used as an artist studio and gallery It is currently a private gallery space and office. The gardens are exquisite.
